H-1B matters

A couple of things about H-1B status. When applying for this, or other status, make sure you or your attorney read and remember the regulations. In the case of H-1B, the job must be a "specialty occupation" and the person ("beneficiary") must be qualified for that specialty occupation. So, when you or your attorney write your support letter, make sure you use those terms, and show how the job is specialty occupation.
